NEW MEMBER CRITERIA

New members will need to be either principles of senior managers in companies with 10 or more employees. The reasons for this qualifying criteria are.
Principles or senior managers are generally key decision makers.
Most members of the EL work with companies of this size or larger and are looking to connect with more of the same.
Companies of this this size have similar and often more complex problems that can be discussed and solved together.
As part of the above criteria, we are excluding micro businesses, sole entrepreneurs, and individual consultants.

CATEGORY OF MEMBER AND MAXIMUM SIZE OF GROUP

  • We have decided to be limit obvious duplication of category members. In other words, if we have an Accountant, there will only be one.
  • At this stage numbers will be limited to 12 active members. If members become ‘inactive’, their position may be opened to a new member to join.
  • Preferred categories are those drawn from within professional services but should not be limited to that and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Essentially, we want good people.
