With all the right formal qualifications in Operations Management, Production and Inventory Control, Brian has had numerous years of experience in business process improvement. Over 20 years of that experience with various CRMs, including and Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho CRM and Pipedrive. When he’s not engineering time and cost saving process improvements, he’s either hiking, or putting his improvement skills to work at home by renovating. His favourite toys are his sledgehammer and crowbar (but don’t worry, they stay at home when he’s back at work).
